Love this. Can only taste a slight flavor in certain drinks but it’s 99% flavorless. Mixes in like a dream. My only complaint is how aggressively long the scoop handle is. When the container is new you have to really bury it in there in order to close the top. Easy to find though!

I love this glutamine powder. Nutrabio sells pharmaceutical grade products without fillers. I take this for a variety of reasons, but it is great in preventing muscle pain after a work out. I take one scoop daily when I remember to help prevent leaky gut and it is supposed to help with energy (although I have not found any benefit there in the energy department). But the best use for me is preventing muscle pain when working out or doing heavy yard work. For best results, take a scoop before your workout, another scoop afterwards and again before bed and it does a very good job at preventing muscle pain. My friend used it before and after running a marathon and was amazed at the difference. She said normally after a marathon she is spent, but with the l glutamine (she uses a different brand) she was able to go home and mow her lawn and give her dogs a bath. The benefit of ordering from the amazon marketplace, is you can usually get free shipping.

Easy to dissolve and fast acting. I enjoy most NutraBio products and this is one of their best.

Ive only been taking it a few days, but it seemed to jumpstart my weight loss. Need more time to tell about that. But taking the product is an amazing experience. I watched someone else do this on Youtube so tried it myself. Basically, I just pour the entire cup in my mouth and take a big gulp out of a bottle of water, and it just literally disappears! No taste, no grittiness, no anything! So fine and dissolves instantly, too easy to take, I love it.

This L Glutamine did not dissolve well at all, you have to put it in something thick to mask it. Tried cold and hot beverages and still won’t dissolve while mixing with a heavy duty milk frother or a shaker cup. It also is not tasteless with a cold/hot beverage. I wish the was a returnable item on Amazon because I would’ve sent it back after the first use.

Ive been an avid user of glutamine for about 15 years. In combination with Ester-C, I strongly believe the combination is what has prevented me from being ill, and only having about a 3-day cold once every couple years. Cheaper priced glutamine is grainy and takes a long time to dissolve in water, if it will completely dissolve at all. The highest quality glutamine is so fine its almost like a powder and dissolves rather quickly in plain water. After reading the reviews, it sounded like Nutrabios glutamine was one of the higher grade glutamines and when I first tried it I was amazed at the quality of it! It is easily the highest quality or matches the highest quality glutamine I have used in the last 15 years. AND it is priced like the lower quality brands. BUY IT!!!
