> 3 dayI absolutely LOVE this mop!! I own two: one for my basement, and one for the main part of my house. I am going to buy another for my trailer! Why do I love this mop so much? I have grown up in, and always worked some type, of retail. It is important to work in a clean environment--so I have done my fair share of mopping! I have tried all kinds of mops and machines. Microfiber mop heads are the best: their ability to mop up and hold a good amount of water is incredible. While the head of this mop doesnt spin like some cheaper models, the bucket has a foot pump you press, with the mop head inserted into part of the bucket, and the spinning action that results pulls the water out of the mop head, right into the bucket! No more crazy squeezing with sore hands to rinse out the mop. Added bonus: the mop heads are machine washable, up to TEN TIMES!! If you properly rinse the mop and bucket, then wring the mop head, you can get quite a bit of use out of each one between washings. The shape of the head allows you to get in tight places (corners), the size is perfect for home. You can mop without leaving a ton of water behind, so the floor dries quickly. I have recommended this to so many people--they come back and tell me they love it!

> 3 dayI purchased several mop heads, I keep the bathroom mop heads separate from the kitchen floor mop heads. They do a great job on my tile & wood floors, doesnt hold a lot of water so safe on the wood. But if you want a wetter mop you dont spin it as much. Im very pleased with the O Cedar Spin Mop.

> 3 dayThe best mop yet, love the spin mop, makes mopping easier and I sure dont miss wringing with my hands or the simple rectangled sponge ones that really did a lousy mopping job. With bad knees mopping on them with a cleaning rag isnt possible anymore so the spin mop is my choice now. I have the steam mops and used many brands of hand mops and this is by far the best for me. I am grateful to find the replacement heads as sometimes finding replacements are not easy for some brands.

> 3 dayThe spin mop concept itself is great! Dip your mop in, spin off the water, and go! However, this mop picks up and and all debris and it’s permanently stuck in the mop. I throw the mop in the laundry but to no avail. Yes, I vacuum first. But this mop is like a lint brush and appears to find everything. After a few times, I have to pitch it and but new. Find it wasteful. Otherwise, at least initially, it is effective at cleaning I guess.

> 3 dayI notice these replacements are not the same quality as the ones that came with the mop.

Greater than one weekI bought a fixer-upper house that was really really dirty. There were even food splatters on the kitchen ceiling from who knows when that I figured Id have to climb up and scrape or even sand off. I bought the spin-mop hoping to lighten the cleaning load a bit and it was WAY MORE THAN A BIT :):):) I mixed up a bucket of all-natural Thieves cleaner [was I wanted to clean and kill germs AND give the surfaces some true future protection] and started with that kitchen ceiling - first using a wetter mop [2-3 spins] and getting the ceiling pretty wet - then letting it sit for the time it took to do that wetter-first-pass on the remainder of the ceiling. Then I went back with a dryer mop [7-8-9 spins] and EVERYTHING came off [dirt/food/yuck] - did one more pass with a super dry mop and voila - clean!!!! I was able to wash ceilings and walls and then all the floors in half-a-day! I ordered the refills so that I could do a quick once-over right before painting as the single mop-head that came with the spin-mop was pretty grungy after a whole house. But EASY EASY EASY and no climbing up and down a ladder. So far - even the spinner and foot pedal are holding up GREAT - so Id give the O-Cedar spin mop and its mop-heads a 10 star rating if I could for both ease and sturdiness in truly HEAVY-duty conditions!

> 3 dayLet me start by saying that I own a high-end cleaning company and have tried many mops through the years and this is by far the best Ive had! I have used the OCeder mop and bucket for over 5 years now for my Aromatherapy cleaning business. I have gone through two in 5 years. Let me just say this to all the negative reviews... YOU MUST WASH MOP HEADS BEFORE FIRST USE. These are microfiber and like anything microfiber they have a natural oil base which makes them feel yucky at first. Causing them to smear, smug, flip an flop (or stick to rough surfaces like stone or other rough tiles, etc.) and basically if theyre not washed first, they are not going to work very well. With that said, I have been using this mop and bucket and all my customers have purchased one just to have it because they love the results when I am done cleaning their home. I am super anal about streaks on the floor and in my business, it is important to never leave behind a film. And I hate having to go back and wipe up smudges on my hands and knees! Let me also add, that I clean high-end RVs with super shiny marble flooring and I never have any issues as I have seen some of these reviews claim. Here are a few tips and tricks Ive learned through the years that will help you avoid some of the mentioned... HOW TO USE THIS MOP FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS: 1. Vacuum floor thoroughly. (This is probably the most important step that people skimp on) How dirty is your floor after you vacuum? You may want to get an industrial mop for filthy cleaning jobs. Although I have done some really bad floors with this mop and it never failed me! 2. Always wash your new mop heads before your first use and after major cleanings. 3. Always use HOT water when you mop your floors. The hotter the water the better results youll get. Think STERILIZE WITH STEAM 4. Spray the floor with cleaner and then mop over with your HOT, wet microfiber OCeder mop. 5. Be sure to spin all access water off! (Pump the pedal 3-5xs at least) This helps deliver smooth strokes across the floor, and also helps with the prevention of access of water in cracks that could cause mildew. By doing the above process you will see a shine like no other and you will LOVE LOVE LOVE Your OCeder mop just as much as I do! Hope this helps you all!
