My husband uses Trulicity for his Diabetes. These syringes are much larger than the standard insulin syringes. We had a difficult time looking for safe disposable containers thatvwoukd accomodate the size. We found these containers and are they are perfect! They hold lots of syringes & when full the lid locks securely. I make an appointment at our local chemical/e-waste/medical disposal site for disposal.

This is a great value for your money!!! I can get three 10 gallon sharps containers for $24.00 and change!! I I am diabetic and I take injectable medication once a week so I need to keep extras!! Very good value considering that I am on a fixed income!! They are sturdy and when they are filled all you have to do is slide it shut and then push it a little bit further and you should hear it click when you here the click the sharp container has locked!! Warning though do not accidentally lock it while it’s empty or partially filled the very first one I used I did this by accident and while I did get it back open it was a major pain to get it back open!! But that is the way it is supposed to be once locked it’s not meant to have to be opened again!

So glad I was able to find this size for home use. Insulin syringes and insulin pens fill up small containers so quickly. The safety lock is easy to use and I don’t have to mess with duct taping it closed for the disposal site. Have already ordered twice. Definitely on my favorite list.

Ordered from this distributor 3 times. Only received the quantity ordered once. Contacted through Amazon about remaining more than once and never received the others. Will never order from distributor again. At my office we go though these quickly and this was a great price, had I not paid for ones I never received.
