Great sound quality & love the extended battery life.

I just opened these up, and while the comfort and sound are both decent, the audio immediately started skipping. It will randomly mute itself for half a second, or jump half a second forward. Its very jarring and negates any other pro these might have.

Ive purchased from this brand multiple times because i think they have the best value for a low price. They are comfortable, dont fall out during exercise, and sound great. The case tells you how charged they are and the battery life is amazing... I use them just about every day and have only charged them maybe 10 times in the year and 3 months that Ive had them. Ive purchased pairs for my husband and brother as well. The presentation is great for gifts. You dont disappoint. They also offer great customer service and have followed up with new after purchases. Its so convenient that they come with the charger and different sizes of earbuds. I couldnt recommend them more.

Initially, I wrote a very negative review of this item, because just a few weeks after I received it, the right earbud ceased functioning. But as soon as my review was published, the manufacturer contacted me, and in just a few days I received, free of charge, a replacement. I have to express my appreciation for the manufacturers customer care.

Perfect for handsfree calling

These are my second pair of K23s and I love them! Amazing battery life for both the earbuds and their case. The sound is awesome and they’ll never fall out of your ear like other earbuds do. They even worked after I stepped on them and broke them on accident! Can’t recommend enough!

These are the best headphones. They are comfortable and great quality. I have a problem with many headphones because they dont stay snug in my ears but these are perfect. I have recommended them to a friend who bought a pair and loves them as well. I highly recommend them.

These sound great and battery life is good. Only issue is maybe the case is big for small pockets. They fit fine in mine though.

Didnt notice that they were non adjustable on volume. but good sound fit well
