Arrived on time, but hard to understand on hiw to downliad. No instructions

Havent been able to use it to its full compacity.

I needed a simple word processing program without a contract. Got what I needed.

I really like the fact that the files are compatible with Microsoft Office programs, which makes for seamless conversions no matter which software program is used. The only downside is that if you dont pay attention when saving your files, you could end up using the default file extensions, which arent always compatible with Microsoft Office programs. Other than that, the software works really great!

It has all the features comonly found in the Microsoft program. I thinkit is easy to use. But, there are some things that I have yet to find out how to do.

I highly recoomend that you dont pay the high cost of using Microsoft Office, this product is all you will need for a fraction of the cost, it will also convert your Microsoft documents perfectly. Dont waste your money on Microsoft ...BUY Office Suite its great!
