Prints have stopped several times unexpectedly, doesnt hold a constant temperature at the hotend or bed

Perfect fit, works great, connector for the CRTouch worked. Only issue was I had to reflash it for the printer to home even though it was supposed to be set up for the ender 3 pro by default. The reflash was quick and easy though.

Super quiet. The only thing I can hear on my ender now is the fan and bltouch!!! P&P super easy to install and flash.

This is so much of an upgrade, it should be standard equipment with the Ender 3 Pro. My stock board was the 1.1.4 from when I got the printer in December. I tried stepper dampener boards, they helped a little but still loud. I have since removed them and am just using this board by itself now. When it says Silent it means it, steppers really are silent now. Between this board and doing quiet fan mods, I forget it is printing when Im in my office 5 feet away from it. Once in a while I hear a little soft whirr when it travels fast across the print area that I think is more from the belt cogs than the motors. Still running the stock 1.1.8 firmware version it came with and so far so good. TLDR: If you dont like stepper noise, buy this and forget about all the other fixes since you wont need them.

Silence is golden! Mine replaced a wonky version 4.2.2 card. Its a well-made card, elegant in overall design. Requires the careful removal of Glyptal (an insulating paint) that holds the plugs to their corresponding sockets before installing the new card.

Just installed the new silent board, which was simple. Since moving the unit, I re-leveled the bed, then ran a simple g code through it. I am extremely surprised and excited on how quiet the printer is now. You cant even hear the stepper motors anymore. If you are on the fence about buy this for your Ender 3 Pro, do yourself a favor and just do it. Before you remove anything from the board, take pictures of all the wires and where they plug in, just in case. Also, make sure the pins dont pop out of the connector when plugging back in. My Z axis wouldnt work at first, opened it back up to find 1 wire on the connector popped out (no fault of the board).

While this may work on other printers for a decent ROI, this is absolutely worthless on an Ender 3 Pro. Went cheap on the printer and regretted it, no nickel and diming will fix the fundamental issue. Printer is cheap, these parts are cheap, and as such, you get what you pay for.

OK, so the instructions were lacking, what a surprise... Before buying I did a fair amount of online searching to find the correct way to install all the cables (most were obvious, but not all...), which was crucial to a successful installation. But after that the board has worked flawlessly, and has been a huge upgrade for my printer. With its built-in bootloader and increased memory, it has enabled me to step up to editing and compiling my own Marlin 2.x firmware - to enable multiple additional options (leveling probe, PID tuning, and several more), raise the maximum allowed hotend temp for my all-metal Micro-Swiss hotend/extruder, allow me to use my own calibrated thermistor tables, and so on. Highly recommended!

Have purchased two of these things. First one had bad mosfet for bed heater. Burned up on first power up. Second one worked perfectly for about 3 prints, then fried. Same problem. QC on these boards is utter crap.
