She can easily grasp it, it it is very flexible and bends in all sorts of ways BUT...but...it can not bend enough to always be flat when she goes to chew it and if I dont take it away it quickly turns to a screaming, crying, throwing show down between her and the ball. My 4 month old LOVES this, it’s one of the only toys she will actually chew on. My only complaint is that it’s not really a ball, it doesn’t hold its shape but it’s not an issue for us.
