> 3 dayAs other reviewers stated, im very disappointed with this Smart Plug, I got it mainly to run a routine to turn off my PC everyday at night, and that was the only reason I got a smart plug, If i wanted a regular plug I wouldve just got another one, so smart feature and Alexa are 100% why i ordered this useless SMART Plus. Doesnt stay connected to alexa, it connects and less than a day later it disconnects and I have to reprogram it every time, its just annoying and cheaply made product. I dont recommend it if you want the smart feature, for Alexa and routines.

> 3 dayEasy to set up and install. I had no issue with connecting it to my home wifi. It works great and it is small enough to fit almost anywhere. I like that I can control it with my phone. I only wish I could control it when I am away from home. I tried it once, but it didnt work. It seems I need to be on the same wifi as the surge protector if I want to control it with my phone. That makes me a little sad, but it is still a great product.

> 3 dayThis is a really good mini smart power strip/surge protector that includes 3 USB ports. The power strip comes with 3 outlets (125V/10A/1200W) and 3 USB charging ports(3.1A in total) plus it has a surge protection function but I could not find more information about it. The only info is the material is PC V0 Fire Resistant Material. It has a decent cable and the cable is around 3.5 ft long which is long enough for hiding anywhere. The product is well made and the quality is top-notch for the price. I connect the power strip to my Alexa without any issue. Just follow the instructions and you will be good. Just a reminder it is working only on 2.4 GHz Wifi. You can rename all 3 outlets and all of them are able to work individually with Alexa BUT USB ports only work like one port with Alexa without a hub. It can connect to Google Home as well. The app is also not bad and has some good features so go ahead and dig it. For this price, it is a great value power strip/surge protector. Highly Recommended!

> 3 dayEasy to use. The interface is great. The App recognized the power strip right away. So simple to work with. The device, visually, looks good too.

> 3 daySuper cool smart plug. Put it behind the headboard to control lights on both sides of the bed and some USB strip lights for under the bed. Neat. :)

> 3 dayI ordered this to have outlets on my desk, as I am tired of constantly crawling around to plug things in. I did not scan the QR code for its software, but instead tried it with Tuya Smart which is a fairly universal software for these devices. It instantly popped up and recognized the device as five switches, which at first had me puzzled as I sort of expected it to have six. What it does is there is one on/off that turns everything either on or off. Then there is one each for each of the 110V outlets. The fifth switch controls all the usb outlets so that they are either all on or all off. That is no big deal for me, but might be an issue for anyone that was hoping to be able to control the usb connectors separately. The only negative I found, and why I only gave it four versus five stars was that the power cord is a little bit short. This would have worked better for me if it had a more generous six foot cord. Four feet is just a little short for where I wanted to place the unit.

> 3 dayDo not buy this smart outlet. It doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi nor the app via pairing mode. I have tried over and over - including unplugging and plugging it back up- and can’t get it to work.
