I bought this vaccum on sale because I wanted something to maintain my unfinished basement floor. The basement mostly has a fine grit everywhere due to a combination of deteriorating masonry, workshop, and general dust. This was hard on my fancier robo vacuum, and I wanted that one back for the living space anyway. With the dual brushes and the brushless suction, this vacuum is well-prepared for the job. It is also much smaller than any other Ive owned. The remote control is reasonably convenient, though I wish instead that it had functional app control. That is about the end of what I can complement. The vacuum is barely able to navigate my (largely unfurnished) basement. It bumbles around in random directions. Statistically it cleans up a reasonable amount of floor, but it also leaves quite a lot of floor untouched. It is not able to navigate back to the base (which would only require as much intelligence as following the wall until it bumps into the charger). Within the first couple of runs, the entire top of the vacuum was dusty. When I pushed the power button, some grit slid into the mechanism and jammed it, so the power button is now stuck 90% down. If I use the remote, this is not a problem, but typically I forget and click the power button on the device. The button then becomes 100% stuck down and I have to bang on it until it creaks back upwards, otherwise the vacuum beeps every few minutes like some device an obnoxious child would hide to annoy you. The beep codes do not match any beep code in the manual, so I have no idea what it is actually complaining about. Compared to other devices at this price point, it isnt able to show a map on the app so that you can easily find it when it gets stuck. That was a miss on my part, because its something I really wanted. Overall, you get what you pay for. This vacuum does do some cleaning. Beyond that, I wish I had paid a bit more to get a bit more.

love this vac, got a second one, great for the price. sometimes if the remote is exactly behind it, it will not pick up (problematic if user has mobility restrictions or vac has gone partially behind sthing). i wash the hepa filters even tho it says not to, havent had issues, i just make sure they are rinsed well and completely dry after. rubber popped out of a wheel and several attempts with various tools hasnt gotten the last bit back in, any help? thx.

I bought this vacuum as a recommendation from someone and it was in sale. I only wanted something that would help with the cleaning since I have 2 little ones at home. It doesn’t really pick up dirt from the floor except for dust I guess. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It funtions well. It vacuums carpeted floor and laminated. It does NOT map your apartment / house. It does NOT remember rooms. The app is nice but kind of useless for this basic model. The remote control is more than enough. The mopping function is very basic, it wont differentiate between carpet and laminated. If your need is low to mid vacuum this is great for the price. If you have large areas or a need for in depth vacuuming go for something more advanced.

I purchased this as a Prime special, so I loved the price. I replaced an old Roomba, and appreciate that this unit is lighter, lower, and easier to clean. My furniture appreciates that there are no more leg shaking jolts. In a tiled, 1,000sq ft dwelling, I just let the unit go until its power is low and it returns to its dock. I have the app on my phone, and batteries in the remote, but I dont really use thesej items with it. I also dont use the wet/dry pad option. I just manually mop. It is easy to empty the trash bin and then wipe down the unit with a dust cloth. I could have spent a lot more for a more powerful unit, but really this works great. It gets up the dust and chihuahua hair. I do corral cords away from it and pick up the dogs water bowls, I also put a barrier around the puppy pad. What would improve this for me would be a virtual wall like I had with the old Roomba so I wouldnt have to worry about it getting the puppy pad. I would be willing to pay extra for a virtual wall. I would buy this init again. I use it everyday, so Ill update the review if there are any problems.

Love how quiet it can be and how much can it vacuum. We love how it cleans and the settings to either let it do its thing or control remote clean wherever it needs more.

I bought this to save me time to study more and it does the job. Some times it cant find the charging station but most the time it does fine.

I have used this product for about a month and it does what you would expect and nothing more. For $94 you cannot go wrong. It goes back and forth in neat rows and gets most of the dirt and debris. The one thing that is annoying is the little brush things will sometimes fall off or get tangled up in things. It always finds its way back home but takes a while sometimes. You can schedule it to run at certain times and overnight is best as it is not very loud. Is it worth $400? absolutely not. But is it worth $94? it sure is.

Works great. I run it daily. It stays on top of the dog hair and dust. It isnt advanced so it will get lost or stuck from time to time but for the price its livable. Im impressed with how full the dust bin is everyday, it gets alot off the floor. We didnt run it for a week and you can definitely see the difference it makes. We have lvp and area rugs that we use it on. We tried it on a room of wall to wall carpet and it was okay but the side sweeping brushes are better on hard surfaces, this only has side brushes no beater brush underneath. Its worthy of five stars based on its price point but I gave it four because you have to buy replacement brushes and filters from wall mart under a different brand name. I cant find a single replacement part on Amazon. The brushes get distorted if they get tangled badly. So far Ive soaked them in water I bring to a boil then remove from the burner, this has so far reshaped them so Im still on the first set.
