Omni 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Carry-On 20-Inch, Midnight Black

Two cases had defects. I contacted the manufacturer directly and got no help. I wont be wasting my time with this brand again.

Was wasting my time for not being fast enough to snag the blue color 28 checked luggage. But i managed to get 3 of these. Pink color but $5 or $6 more than the blue.

Not built to last, huge dent on the first trip we used these for.

I had high hopes for the Samsonite Omni 2 Hardside carry on suitcase, but unfortunately it didnt live up to my expectations. The suitcase felt pretty cheaply built and not very durable. The unevenly distributed weight made it really easy to tip over, and the stiff handle added to the overall dimensions, which was important to me when I had to prove it fit on a plane by shoving it into one of the metal measurement cages. It was also disappointing that the carry on size didnt have the TSA lock built into the zipper.

I am incredibly disappointed, I had a good experience with the Samsonite brand before but this suitcase is already looking 2y old after my first trip. I changed my mind on this brand.

We travel a lot and our soft side luggage gets frayed around the edges in just two or three trips. The hard side luggage lasts much longer. A travelers tip: mark your luggage with a 2 inch piece of colored duct tape. You pick the color. Easy to spot your luggage. If you ever want to see primal rage in real life, watch the baggage handlers at any airport.

Bought for a very exciting trip to Greece and when we arrived there this is what my luggage looked liked. It was the very first time that i used the large bag. I have used hard shell luggage before and although scratches happen they never dented like this. Do not recommend!

Just got these new travel bags and am already impressed with the design and the layout of the bags. I will have to write another review after we travel and TSA throws them around a bit, but they look like they will take the task on with no problem. Locks were very easy to set as well. No damage to the bags when we received them, even though the box was damaged. Very happy
