One never knows whats in the box. This product turned out to be a beauty. It has a great design, attractive, simple, completely functional, no ugly glaring label etc. This is simply a quality product. It even came with its own Allen Wrench (hex key). I would 100% recommend this to anyone that has a similar need.

The stand has visible deep dings and obviously it’s a refurbished unit or poor quality control.

The stability is great. I’ve had my MacBook Air standing on this stand for the last month and it has not moved anywhere. The grip is amazing! The material feels durable! Great space saver!
