If you have a 30 amp Rv and can only plug into a 50 amp site, then this product is what you will need.

Heavy duty and great quality. Works perfectly for our camp trailer.

The plug works fine. A better design would be for the 110v plug end be on a 90* angle with the 50 amp plug facing out. It would make the plug stay attached to your household outlet much better and allow a lid to close if it was inside an electrical box.
