If you own this iO toothbrush, you’ll see that replacement heads are extraordinary expensive. I pick this one because it was the best value for my buck. And my teeth feel incredibly squeaky clean.

From the description including photograph I thought these genuine Oral-B tooth brush heads woked on out Oral-B. They do not as their base is slanted and ours is straight across. We are being allowed to return them, but at our cost for shipping. Guess what? They have to go to the U.K. and the cost of shipping with the USPS was $16.25.

The products arrived on time and as advertised. I have not been able to use the replacement brush yet.

The iO brush is outstanding. Well made, and easy on the teeth and gums. They are not cheap, but still a good value. These appear to be made by Braun, and not some offshore source. Fast delivery too.

The photo on Amazons website clearly shows English written on the pkg, yet the 4 I received were all written in German.

I wonder if I got a defective product. They fitted the base perfectly but didnt work. Upon further inspection, when compared with the original head it didnt have the internal mechanism that made the original operate. ???
