06-04-2025Bought these replacement heads for my Oral B Guide w/ Built in Alexa, that I have been using since August 2020 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0831JZBL4/ I bought this pack about a month or so ago. It is the Pro Gum Care toothbrush head replacement. I think the brush my Guide came with was the Cross Action. This Pro Gum Care brush is gentle on my gums. I wasnt sure if would like it s much, but it seems fine. My teeth look and feel clean, my gums look good. So long as I continue to have good results I will likely stick with this brush head. I am tempted by the much much cheaper generic heads, but I am reticent to try them. Not sure why these are always so expensive. I rate based on quality, so for that 5 stars. No issues.

> 3 dayYes, they are more expensive than other replacement heads but it is worth it. They dont wear out as fast and do a better job of cleaning your teeth. Other replacement heads lose bristles and/or wear out faster.

> 3 dayGreat deal of the day. Got a great price on a very good product. These toothbrushes keep my gums healthy and teeth shiny clean.

> 3 dayI have age related gum issues, and this is the one specifically recommended by my periodontist, over the one with the plastic tabs. I was happy to find it, and I can tell it’s the authentic genuine product. The periodontist also said all whitening toothpaste is abrasive, and he recommended Sensodyne, or Colgate total (which he uses as he prefers the taste).

Greater than one weekI got the 1500 brush which came with what they call their most advanced brush which was making my gums bleed. I called Oral B to consult Customer Service on other brush options. They said this model is their softest and indeed it was a game-changer for me.

> 3 dayToothbrush replacements are in the Christmas stockings each year. I normally use a sensitive brush, but I will be using the gum care from here on out! Sturdy quality with a gentle clean

> 3 dayWas getting the version labeled sensitive, but this one cleans better and actually seems softer. Better price, too.

> 3 dayAs other reviewers have noted, the packaging on this item is insanely wasteful—as each brush head is individually hermetically sealed, Oral-B could reduce the packaging by 90% and not sacrifice anything ... and it has nothing at all to do with keeping the brush heads germ free, its all about marketing—making sure people can see the product from 200 feet away at Costco. That being said, yes, the cost of the brand name brush heads is way overpriced. However, they are still better than any discounted brush head on the market. Especially, if you need a soft or gentle brush. For my money, Ill pay more for quality and the GumCare heads have now permanently replaced the standard Sensitive brush heads. I find the GumCare to be far and away more comfortable.
