I misplaced my original remote and was very hesitant to buy a replacement. I knew it would show up eventually, but I decided to go ahead and buy another since it’s less than $10! I took it out of the package, put 2 AAA batteries in and it worked immediately, as if it were the original. ABSOLUTELY NO PROGRAMMING NEEDED!!
