Everything arrived safely and packed well, bit not sure whats up with the hard case. Any ideas what this could be?

I put the protective cover on before I took this pic because I was soooo excited!! The color is PERFECT for the coral NSL. This is by far the best value for the $. Each of my kids have a NSL and they bought cases in the store, and let me tell you, they are both jealous of mine! I love all the extras it comes with and there is so much storage for games!! *I might have to buy each of my kids their own bundle*

Trust the review ratios, cause this is so worth it. I didnt realize how uncomfortable the switch (especially on the joysticks) was until I got the case. The price for everything is a steal, I actually bought a second one for my sister. The grips do tend to twist easily, making it kinda annoying to look at the arrows arent facing the right directions, lol. The stand on the case feels kind of flimsy, but I dont use; I rarely ever notice it since it snaps securely and pretty flushed to the case. Im glad they gave two sets of the screen protector cause I can get it on the first try. Headphones are are decent and sound quality is good. The charging chord charges fine, though I kinda wish it was longer. The carrying case is compact and cute, its small enough stuff it in a bag to go. I wouldnt stuff the extra cartridge or thumb grips in the carrying case though as it it already is a snug fit without them. I dont really have a say on durability as I havent done anything drastic to warrant a test of it. But the quality does feels great and color (pink) is fairly close to the photos (just a tad softer), which Im happy about.

I got a brand new switch lite and im a super clutz so i knew i needed a case. This not only delivered in 1 day, but it was adorably packaged. Great quality stuff. The case gives a nice extra grip which makes playing much more comfortable. You get 3 different size options for the joystick grips which i love because im quite picky. The headphone arent great sound quality but they are still handy and convenient. The travel case, let me tell you, is PERFECT its thick, cusioned, and still sturdy and shock resistent! So handy and light weight. One thing i loved is that it comes with a little game case and also has game car slots on the screen protector flap so plenty of storage!

My 5 year old loves her new case. It fits so well. This kit is so great! The only thing is that the headphones dont fit her little ears, but we are fixing that with some over the ear head phones.

It had everything that my great Granddaughter needed for her Nintendo Switch Lite.
