Poor shut up future for home Apple

I’ve added many home kit devices to my home. As soon as I added this my entire home automation devices became non responsive. Tried multiple times to contact customer support. There’s only an email and they take days to response and just say talk to the customer service for the other items. Your item isn’t working either!!! Stay away!!!

Worked for about a week and then disconnected from Apple Kit.

This is not an Alexa installed item. You have to download another app on your phone to control and add the Alexa controls. I don’t need another app on my phone. I just want to download the skill on Alexa and do everything from Alexa!

eHomelife app is easy to use on the android phone. Easy to add the new plugs to the app. Works in the the home wi-fi and while outside the area.

Works perfectly, even though the company name is different, it’s Meross. Ordered two. One connected perfectly right away. The other one shipped with a bad HomeKit QR code/wrong 8 digit code (actually had 10 digits and letters….) while this was frustrating, I’m rating at 5 stars due to the customer service. They were able to get me a proper QR code after reaching out to them. Each individual outlet can be controlled which is great as well. Using to lower Christmas lights on house/in yard.

I originally received a unit that was defective and had issues with one of the outlets not working. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement. Setup was super easy using the iPhone home app. So far I have not had issues and I love being able to control our yard lights using Siri. Highly recommend it.

Connect this to your WIFI program and forget about it. It just works, and it works well! I use it for the Home app, so I dont care if it works well with alexa......

This plug drives our patio and garden illumination. The homekit integration works well, I can switch the lights with both Alexa commands and my Apple device, including the watch. One small caveat was that the company decided to print the homekit QR-Code on a paper sticker which was decidedly not weatherproof - when I reset the system to hook it up to a new IoT wifi, I couldnt relink it because the homekit sticker was unreadable. However, the Meross support managed to look up the deleted device through my account with them and sent me an email with the missing QR code – in less than 4 hours! Kudos to their support, no star deduction for the flimsy sticker :).
