The hole for the USB drive could be just a tad larger. I have a SanDisk 256GB Ultra USB 3.0 (SDCZ48-256G-GAM46) that I purchased here at Amazon and its a hair too large to allow the module to snap in to the mount on the right side. Will have to see if a little work with a Dremel will make things fit perfectly.

cheap quality plastic

Used to have RING cameras, switched to blink. Highly reccomend blink. I now have 13 cameras at 2 locations. No issues ever.

It was a great product. Unfortunately I returned it bc I didnt like the ring doorbell

Good invention to hold the Sync for my cameras so it isnt just dangling from the outlet! :) Item had no issues upon arrival and have been using for over a month with no issues.
