Ironically stuck on number 13 when trying to charge for the first time. No life in the buds. Sent for a replacement and will amend if the next set are better. (Cant be any worse).

Got these because they have the loop to stop them just randomly falling out of my ears. I must have the most odd shaped ears in the world or something, because they just do not sit comfortably in my ears. I have to twist them into place, to which they dont make a great fit. They keep popping back out, reducing volume and sound quality when they do. After about 10 minutes of use my ears start to hurt a little from the solid plastic bubble the bud attaches to. To get the best sound out of these, I have to push on the earbud in a certain way - which clearly cant be done all the time, and makes my ears hurt more. Battery life is good, they do last a long while between charges.
