> 3 dayGor this for my 3 year old son to help train him to stay at the car and not run away when I open doors. Its a magnet so you can place it wherever you need it to go and so far has held up to rain and sun. Ive been able to get my son to go give an orange high five to the magnet when he tries to run ahead to my to the car and he does it! I let him pick out the design and he loved the train one with the orange hand. I love that there were so many colors and designs to choose from. Would definitely recommend this for the kid who doesnt like to stop or run ahead as telling them to go to the hand and give it a high five can direct them and keep them safer.

> 3 dayThis magnet is perfect! For any child that has ever learned how to high five, it is purely intuition. My child is not quite two-years-old, but, as soon as she saw it on the side of the car, her immediate response was Oooooh! Five! and putting her hand on the hand. In less than a day, as soon as she gets out of the car, she immediately puts her hand on the magnet, then grins at me! She absolutely loves it, and I dont have to worry about her running off! She likes trying to match her fingers up to the fingers on the magnet since her hand is almost the exact same size. I purchased the Alphabet design since it was the most gender-neutral one since, from the looks of this item, its going to last until the next child or two! It looks to be very high-quality! The magnet is strong enough for my kids to not be able to remove, but weak enough that I can. As an added bonus to the magnet, included in the package is a list of safety tips and suggestions for using the magnet and keeping your child safe in a sometimes unsafe environment. I would recommend this for anyone who has young children and drives! Update: Someone stole the magnet today! =[ Im going to order another one when Im done traveling since my daughter is so sad about it being gone...

Greater than one weekI got the ABC one as it looks very gender neutral. My two year old quickly understood the concept and sings her ABCs as Im packing her diaper bag in the car. It is very strong and doesnt move. The workers at the car wash sometimes struggle to get it off. Anyways, I feel this helps distract my two year old while keeping her safe. Worth every penny.

> 3 dayI love these but we are a family that goes through the car wash frequently and have now lost two of them. Mom of three young ones here, I can’t always have the foresight to remind my husband to remove the magnet first and don’t have the mental capacity to add this to my to do list. Also it seems like the more you remove/reposition the less they stick? That doesn’t seem logical but they always get lost no matter what. I wish these worked for us!! I love the designs and concept.

> 3 dayI have an active independent 3 year old son who has walked or ran away in a parking lot more than once. When I asked him to stay put, it became a game to him to run away at times. Since we got this magnet 2 or 3 weeks ago, we let him pick where to put it (near his door), he hasnt gone off once and always hi fives the hand. This has been great for our family. We got a second one for my husbands truck.

> 3 dayI have always made my daughter put her hand on the car while I load bags and free my hands to put her in her seat. She has never wanted to keep her hand there until I got the magnet. My only regret is that it is actually too large to fit on the location I really want her hand to be and have to move it back over the contour of the car where there is a flat surface. This is a little closer to the back of the vehicle, closer to the road which I dont really like, but she does make more of an effort to stay now.
