So disappointed! I ordered this as a gift for a special friend and the item came damaged! The frame was scratched and the collar was stapled the wrong way; in the pictures you could see the stitching our the collar is facing forward (looks very sloppy). The tag also had like a glue fingerprint impression (couldn’t rub it off). I didn’t want to gift it in that condition. So sad!!!

Recently we lost our cat and this made for a purrfect tribute.
