Love the appearance, solid construction, well packaged for shipping - double wrapped with bubble wrap - the hanging dog collar was added on the picture frame backwards but not really noticeable until looking closer at it.

I received the frame today and was very pleased with it. Good quality. I had a 4 x 6 picture printed up as that is the size I had read would fit in some previous reviews. While it does fit youll find yourself with a gap around the picture. To get around this I took the picture of the existing dog that came in it and flipped it over and centered my picture to make it look nice. Overall this is a great item.
