This is well made. I fully expect it to take years of abuse from my two large fully clawed cats (17 and 12 pounds) and they loved it from the start. I did connect this to its sister product, the S-shaped tunnel, for which both have convenient ties. The T-shape alone may not have been as engaging to my two, simply because they are very large cats (Maine Coon heritage). The material is sturdy canvas, which Im glad I went for as I was skeptical about how the nylon ones would hold up to my forceful clawed kitties. They loved the detachable balls, too, although I doubt they last long attached. Even when my crazies work them loose, though, they will still have fun batting them around as theyre well made and about the same size as their play balls. The side benefit of this item is that although it has very sturdy seeming metal coils, it folds up quickly and easily for storage. I have to guess on durability and sturdiness since Ive just had it a day, but based on the above, fully expect it to last a long time.

I will update my review after a months use on whether or not this is as sturdy and durable as it seems. I bought this as an upgrade for my cat. Her old tunnel was small and she had ripped the seams open on that one so that the wires were poking out. I bought this one due to the good reviews and it seemed to be made out of sturdier material. We just opened it last night and it looks and feels great. The only flaw was that I found one open spot along the outer rim of the tunnel where it looks like they just forgot to sew it shut so it is open and exposes the wire a little bit. I will probably just patch it up myself. The ball on the end is fun but she just tears it off and chews on the plastic connector so I dont think that will last long. She can fit in all the entrances and loves to zoom through it and hunt from the openings during playtime! It could definitely fit multiple cats too. I recommend this to any cat owners.

When my kitten, Matcha, arrived, the first thing she did was hide in the tunnel. Took her 30 minutes to overcome her shyness and venture out in the world as you can see from the photo. She still goes back in her tunnel anytime she is nervous as its her security blanket. She ended up sleeping there the first few nights rather than any of her beds. This bed is very portable which is great. Its like a portable safe zone so I can bring it with her anytime shes in some place new. Its a lot easier to fetch her out of this thing which I can control rather than under a bed or a couch. When I got a second kitten, Taro, arrived a week later, this tunnel instantly morphed into a playground. She would play with the strings and the ball a few times before, but now she loves diving in and out of this thing chasing her brother. Her brother also reacted similarly to her but is much more in love with the balls and strings. He can play with them for hours. No need to purchase other toys. Id say this is a great purchase for anyone and it doesnt take up as much room as the donut tunnel I have which is also great. Highly recommended for two kittens or for one shy one.

Great cat tunnel very durable and not too loud (crinkles). The only thing I really dont understand is how to collapse it ! Seriously though Ive tried everything possible but the tunnel does not fold easily..

1 year old Cosmo, cannot resist being in the tunnel. Stalking, relaxing and just using as a preferred path to walk. I’ve connected it to a 5 arm tube that gives Cosmo options of entry and exit. Tube arrived fast.

The tunnels bends and reshapes if your cat lays on top of it. One portion of the tunnel is bent halfway down, I have to bend it back every now and then

My cat loves tunnels but I always hated those simple once made from same stuff as umbrellas. This one is much more elegant and soft and big enough for my 20lb cat to hide and walk through

My two cats love it. As soon as i put it down they were a couple of maniacs running in and out smacking each other!

They have so much fun crawling inside, popping out of the peep holes, and even falling asleep in it. I am happy that I ordered this one. Thank you!
