Exactly what was required, simple instructions easy to follow. Already put to good use.

Arrived in a cracked/broken CD case with wrapper torn off. Loaded it on my Windows 10 computer and that is where it stopped. Clicking on icon to open program did nothing but bring up a pop-up that the program was “activated.” After that…nothing. Several emails with Ashampoo trying their work arounds without success. I am returning to Amazon in hope of a refund.

I was nearly put off by negative reviews but so far it is exactly what i want. Have struggled for some time with alternatives but this works, is easy to use and worth the money. So far so good. I am asking it to do relatively simple things (like just edit pdf and save); so far so good.

Works ok

My Acrobat program was no longer supported after a few years so I had to use Reader. The new Reader does not permit any editing - even resizing print or lightening. PDF Pro 2 solved my problems. I can do full editing and save my edit with a new name. Just what I needed.

Crashed A LOT and my computer guy told me this happens a lot!!

My experience with customer support was not positive. I found a free pdf program that works better. Just not worth the money. Didnt really find it all that user friendly.

This product does not have a user info and unable to do the job it is supposed to do, editing pdf files. I am not happy. i will return for full refund.

I bought it to run on my windows 7 desk top but could not get it to install

Every time I use the software, it goes on the blink several times and have to reboot and lost all the edited information and have to repeat. A REAL TIME WASTING SOFTWARE!!!
