I was completely floored when I received the Pelican AirTag protector. I have experience with Pelican products and, based on the description, was expecting a lot more than just another soft case. Honestly, $4.99 would have been too much for this item, yet would have been acceptable, but just a few pennies less than $20??? Someone is out of their mind, and it’s not me. Returning this thing promptly. Save your hard earned cash… this thing is a joke.

It didn’t even hold up very long. Bout a month and a half and the grip LOST traction (or whatever is supposed to hold it in it’s case) and the AirTag that was in it! And of course whoever found it refuses to acknowledge they have it.

I tried installing one of these on a mid drive ebike on the skid plate under the motor, and it wouldn’t stick even after cleaning the surface off with rubbing alcohol. I then used 60 pound, double-sided, gorilla tape and it held, but the case popped open too easily, since the surface wasn’t entirely flat. I then just used a large piece of regular gorilla tape and secured my AirTag to the bottom of my bike with no chance of it falling off. I will try to find a better solution to hide an AirTag on my bike. These pop open to easily and come with weak adhesive. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Great bought this product for a trailer, installed it all was fine until I took it on the freeway, I wake up and see that my trailer is on the freeway.

Fits perfectly

I purchased a pair, a black one and a gray one. They were shipped separately for some reason. The gray one worked perfectly. The black one wont snap shut on one of the corners, making it useless. I order a second black one thinking maybe the first one I received was defective. The second black one I received has the same issue, one corner wont snap shut. Not sure the difference in the black and the gray, but the gray works perfectly. Perfect to stick anywhere and leave it. Comes with extra sticker.

Good adhesive. I cleaned area with rubbing alcohol before applying & they stick well to plastic under the dashboard and to galvanized metal on my trailer. Will order more
