> 3 dayThe Wrap n Zap was exactly what I needed for my projects, microwave bowl holders. I only purchase when its marked down because normally it is priced a little high.

14-04-2025My wife uses this for a sewing group she coordinates at a senior center. Its great for use in microwave pot holders because it has no scrim (which I learned are metallic threads and unsuitable for use in the microwave). With a number of experienced sewers and quilters in the group, there are no complaints about this product. Jerry

> 3 dayThis batting was on sale and I was making baby quilts, so I bought a few packages. I did use it and it worked well enough, but created a lot more lint than the batting I usually use. Wont buy it again.

> 3 dayAmazon = best price and convenience for this product. Especially for bowl cozies used in the microwave, thicker than cotton batting, provides more body as fabric backing.

20-04-2025Since my last 1 Star Review; Pellon now states Do not microwave by itself so make sure you put water in the bowl if your testing it out. 4/5 stars because its a little over priced ; its just 100% cotton batting and anything 100% cotton will be microwavable. You can purchase a large amount of cotton batting (make sure it has NO scrim) and will work just the same. I do like this product. I wish they would have said last year not to test it alone, and I wouldnt have burned up my cozies. But live and learn; I have learned so much in a year :)
