Easy mounting on a FLAT surface. The conduit knockout is only through the back. You cannot drill a knockout in the side without destroying it.

Ive bought 3 of these - they are the right fit for many cameras, are well built and reasonably priced. If it works for your camera (check dimensions carefully), you cant go wrong with it.
