Quality and durability are most important. Thank you for the opportunity to give a review. Comparing cost of a good toothbrush to Philips sonicare, I feel the brand is a bit over priced for the refills. Not a good value for cost; somewhat costly compared to other brands

I only have one big complaint about these heads - the package clearly holds 4 heads, but only 3 are included. Im sure somebody did some cost analysis somewhere but come on, they should sell a 4-head version. Otherwise these heads are perfect. The bristles are just the right hardness to knock off plaque without hurting my gums. Theyre just the right shape and size to get into all the spaced between my teeth. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the back had a tongue scraper for that extra defense against bad breath, but a quick brush of my tongue takes are of the bulk of the work, and I imagine some people wouldnt like the scraper against their cheeks. So Im okay with the heads how they are. Used daily, my mouth is the cleanest its been in my life. During the year of Covid being able to go longer before my next regular cleaning is a blessing. The replacement reminder is also nice - Ive had one change so far, and it went perfectly well. Use the old head to clean off the crack between the head and body, as well as the base, snap the new one on, and youre good for your next 3 months. Recommended.

Works well and I like better than the C1.

A bit overpriced in my opinion but a necessary thing if you have an electric toothbrush. Works exactly like you would expect it to. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.
