Philips Sonicare Travel Charger, HX6000/01

I don’t even know how to describe how this charger ruined my toothbrush. First, I’ll say I am almost 100% positive they sent me a dupe. The item was damaged when I received it. There is a clear chip in the plastic. Then the actual charging. I charged the toothbrush once all the way to a full battery. When I used it after using this charger, the toothbrush’s power fluttered on and off while I was brushing. No amount of restarting / resetting changed this. Then, the charge is supposed to last 2 weeks. The charge lasted 2 days. When I put it back on this charger to charge, the toothbrush would not stop beeping and completely refused the charge. I have no idea how to describe this issue.

Works as intended, but the flashing icon for battery charge can be misleading.

Im happy to report that this is definitely a genuine Philips Sonicare travel charger, not an aftermarket knockoff. Its identical to the one received with my Sonicare ProtectiveClean 5100 electric toothbrush and it came in Phillips factory packaging.

I needed this after I lost mine while traveling. Needless to say I found the original the day before this arrived. I am happy to have a spare now.

Its small but it charges well and doesnt take up space.

This thing works fantastically. I lost my charger in a move. My legacy Sonicares battery lasted quite a while, but I still couldnt find my charger so I ordered this. As luck would have it, I found my charger in a box that my wife had been bugging me to unpack for the last 2 months. It was full of ammo, so I figured Id get to it when I got to it. I got to it and found it one day before this charger arrived. I use this one because it has a smaller footprint and it charges the toothbrush nicely.

This replacement charger works just as well as the original at a fraction of the cost. Would buy again, and recommend this to anyone that needs a replacement charger for their Sonicare toothbrush.
