It says it takes 15mm and 16mm label tape but it does not. Also, during printing, it’ll fade the “ink” and doesn’t actually print. I have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to print right. I tried multiple labels that say are compatible as well as other brands. And nothing worked right. And all while trying to make it work, I passed my return date. I would not recommend this product. It’s been a headache ever since purchasing.

First, be sure to use the QR code to get the right app because there are two that look alike but only one works with this model. With the right app, it connects quickly and performs great with loads of well thought out features for simple or fancy labels. The label cutter is a bonus to cut between labels or cut continuous roll labels. It is one of the best tech tools I have ever bought, exceeding all expectations.

I wanted to love this so much, but somehow I lose access to a lot of the icons once I connect the printer. Connecting the printer bugs the hell out of the Print Master app…really disappointed as I only bought this to add food icons to my spice labels

It was a little difficult to set up. A barcode never printed. Once I found the correct app it was easy to figure out and the lables stick wonderfully.

This is a cool little printer. I have made labels for my spice cabinet, and address labels. It is very easy to set up and use. I will be making labels for Christmas tags with it too. So many things to try out.

I like the fact you use the continuous tape so you can use big letters and not limited to small letters in a small label

Great size labels! Easy to operate and to print!! I really enjoy the fact that I can make any variety of labels as needed!!! I should have gotten this label maker before getting my others!!!!

Lining the labels properly took a moment, but it works fine. Nothing fancy, the print is a little pixilated. I chose this one because it looks a little vintage. I’m sure it works as well as the others in its class.

This little label printer is easy to set up and use. After I charged it using the included USB cable, all I had to do was download the app (I have an Android phone, so I used the Play Store) and set up an account, which took maybe 5 minutes. Then I paired the printer to my phone via Bluetooth, and was printing labels (one roll of sticker labels is included, already loaded) in no time at all. The only issue I ran into (which was my own user error) was that the labels were getting cut off, or my text was printing across two labels, but once I realized I had to set the tape size, I didnt have any more problems. The built-in cutter is really handy, and slices the labels evenly. Also, while it isnt necessarily important, this printer is so adorable! I ordered the green, which is an avocado color, with shiny gold buttons. The small size and sturdy design makes it easy to toss in a purse or backpack. Overall, this is an easy to use printer that works great. I would not hesitate to order it again, and highly recommend it.

I loveeee all of the fun things you can add through the app which is also easy to use. I love this label maker!!!
