Purchased to print labels when needed on the road. This label maker will have a full charge and continuously shut down. When it does stay on it wont print. It will beep as if connected yet wont print. Phomemo never answers nor do they return calls.

Just received the machine. Seems to be really user friendly. Will have to work with longer to get a better feel for it.

Great for small business or home use. Easy to use..only disappointing thing I can say about this product is that if your in text mode and you complete a sentence and notice an error you have to delete the entire sentence til you get to the mistake to correct it

Very easy and professional.

It took a while to get it to print well, used multiple labels to get it right. Ease of use initially is not the best - you have to find the right download then problem solve your actual label. And haven’t yet been able to print all I need on them - but have figured out the basics. Plan to dedicate some time to figure it all out. But labels adhered well and served my initial purpose.

I have had my boutique for 5 years and had been manually checking customers out by typing in the name of the item and then selecting size etc. I was way over due to upgrade to a barcode system. This little hand held printer is perfect! I was able to quickly create a template and print what I needed! I love that it is thermal so I don’t need to keep buying ink! I use Shopify, and this printer does not connect directly which is a bummer, just means I need to take the barcode number from each item and create a template in this app, which is totally manageable.

Super easy to use with the app and it prints quickly. Very cool find.

Its compact, inexpensive, prints clearly, & easy to use. I love it.
