I am a very picky person when it comes to my travel gear. I frequently travel internationally and domestically. I never cared for hard sided luggage because it was too heavy. Not TravelPro! This Platinum Elite bag is wonderful! It is lightweight and has loads of storage space. I love how the pockets are organized and that you zip everything in. No lose clothing issues if they unzip your luggage! Im able to fit so much into this case and not have to check the bag! Its a lifesaver on long trips as I can pack a few days worth of clothing as a just-in-case-they-lose-my-checked-bag! My favorite part is the outside top zip pocket. It is easy to keep my laptop and book handy and easily slip it in and out. I also appreciate the pocket for the USB battery. It make it simple to plug and go when I need a little juice for my phone or iPad. The wheels roll smoothly and it is so well structured that I can slip my purse or backpack on top without it falling over. Beautiful, sleek look and so functional!

I bought this in 2021 because I travel for a living and this had great reviews. I loved this luggage up until the last two trips. The securing strap broke on my last trip and the wheel broke off on this trip. For the amount of money this luggage cost, it should last longer than it has.

We lugged this thing fully packed onto a ferryboat for a weeklong stay on an island. There was no worry about things being broken (inside, or parts of the case itself). We survived the adventure and this came back with us in perfect shape despite some rough terrain!

Big, nice zippers.

This is a very nice suitcase, probably the best Ive ever had. I like that you can cram so much in a carry on because, as we women know, we need all those just in case outfits, shoes, etc. Its still a carry on though; I had no problem taking it onboard. The biggest plus for me is the ease it rolls. As someone with an arthritic autoimmune disease, I dont need to be in agony before boarding from my shoulder and back from pulling, turning a suitcase. This even goes up escalators like a dream. Its super sturdy ( Ill never buy a soft shell again.) I dont carry a laptop, just a Kindle for pleasure reading. But the that area seems protected to me and I put my makeup mirror there. I like the charging idea, but cmon Travel pro, include a bank. Im sure the price would cover it and still profit your company. But that isnt enough to take off stars for such a well made, easy roll case. This will probably be the last suitcase Ill need.

As a long time business traveler, Travelpro has been my “go to” for over 3 million air miles. My only complaint is that the wheels are so smooth that if you leave it unattended, it can easily get away from you. Worth every penny!

Used it twice a month, holds up great

Well built, great design. Survived rough treatment and the metal corners are very sturdy. I have been buying TravelPro for years and it just keeps getting better.
