I have an older house with a central fan that is no longer functioning. I covered the louvers with this plexiglass to keep the heat from escaping. You dont even notice that it is there.

We cut it with a band saw on long cuts and used a jig saw on curves. The curves were a little tricky and didnt come out perfect but it looks good for our needs.

Hey used to cover up a glass fireplace in my house and it looks great. Only had to trim it down a little bit.
