I used these for hanging wind chimes, lights in may backyard and I will be using for Christmas lights!

Not as sturdy as I’d like. 2 Hooks broke off while trying to twist into a pole with a pie drilled hole.

Not strong at all. Drilled a pilot hole as instructed and they still broke. I was able to finish hanging my Christmas lights with the remaining ones which worked well. Would have given them 4 or 5 star had they not broke.

I installed these on an outdoor area to hang party lights. I did drill a hole first then screwed these in. Extremely easy to install! I am installing more to hang plants, strong hooks.

I use them primarily to hang up my patio lights which work very well, but also used it to hang my patio cover. Also comes with a bit to drill it with which is very useful. I would recommend you first drill in a small hole prior to drilling these in. Highly recommend if youre going to be doing things like I did.

I installed these hooks around the outside of my wood gazebo in order to put up a thick mesh tarp around the entire exterior to protect our furniture and other items during the winter. I drilled small pilot holes, screwed them in slightly by hand, and used the awesome little bit they provide to screw them in all the way. They are sturdy hooks and the bit makes the job much easier and faster. I definitely recommend these.

Great for hanging outdoor lights

I used the hooks to hang lights. The back catch kept the lights from blowing off the hooks on windy days.

Ive wanted this type of thing for years for my Christmas lights. Works great.
