I originally tried this product back 4 years ago and loved it than to its an awesome product! It used to have 45 or 50g of protein back than. I have seen extensive gains while using this product, but he mix of vitamins, greens, and protein fuel a quick recovery.

The taste on this flavor is nasty as hell

This tastes great! But, I do jazz it up a bit with greek yogurt, almond milk, 2 ice cubes in my personal blender. Im losing weight on it. Keeps me full, no added sugar in it, protein is good amount, has Hydro Greens in it which is always good. Definitely will buy it again as this is what GNC recommended I buy to lose weight while I was in their store.

This was my favorite protein powder so far. But the last one I got gives me a stomach pain after consuming.

GNC used to seek at the local store, but stopped selling it (even though they were always out). I was so happy to find this on Amazon. I love the fact that it has egg protein included and is low in sugar. It tastes good mixed with milk.
