> 3 dayAlmost one Tb of external SSD storage for under $100. Works well, small, lightweight. >14,000 songs stored and access is faster than conventional internal drive.

> 3 dayThis will be a very short, to the point review for now. The drive originally came named something not english. My initial speed tests were getting over 400MB/s for read and write. I wanted to name it what I wanted. As soon as I reformatted to OS X, my speeds were closer to 320. I had a theory that it was the reformatting that slowed it down. Back to the original EXFAT and now its better but still only 380MB/s. Basically, if you want the advertised speeds, you CANNOT reformat this drive.

Greater than one weekBought a slew of These drives for gifts and they offered free Acronis data back up That is lock down and is worthless.had to threaten Pny just to get keys. Pny is terrible about warranty coverage make sure you get a receipt and registered within 90 or PNY will beat you out of the warranty. Drive is slow after a few min of coping files. PNY Customer service is terrible. Update: drives a great for around $40.00. I open one i bought off ebay and the are a one soild board not m.2 like other drives. Drives also write fast at first but slow down . They work great on Raspberry pie media servers and do seem to have much of a bottle neck. Customer service is still terrible and added copy media is a big joke.

> 3 dayFantastic little device. Just the right size so it doesnt get lost or misplaced. Though others have noted it gets a bit warm upon use, that doesnt seem to be much of a concern. Once the data is encrypted, this is a good little device to take when traveling. It loads onto the desktop right away and quickly ejects as well. Similarly password box loads quickly.

Greater than one weekI didn’t know that storage of this capacity could be packed into a package that small. This thing is literally about the size of a cigarette lighter and can hold a terabyte of information.

> 3 dayI love it, I do, I really do, but I dont think I love it because its blindingly fast, because to be honest its not that fast at all. Speeds are all over the place really depending on the file type and size, the majority of time they are around the 150 - 200 write and about 200 - 300 read, so no records being broken there. Its so small though, its a 480Gb SSD that looks like a Zippo lighter and weighs as much as box of tic tacs. I bought it to run a backup copy of my OS, pretty damn easy too. I reinstalled my main OS and then used Rufus and installed a Windows To Go on the Elite drive, works flawlessly too. Use on any PC and after an initial first time windows setup on the new PC, you dont have to go through it again, even with systems with conflicting hardware (like AMD or Nvidia GPUs), you can install the drivers along side each other, they only become active when they coincide with the correct hardware on boot up. Ive actually ran a full day of booting from the PNY Elite, just using it like it was my main system drive, it only ever felt warm to the touch and only a little warmer when moving huge files. I also ran games installed on the other partition on the Elite and it honestly felt no different to my Evo850 internal drive, so thats why I love it, plus its so dang small!
