Nice quality piece of lexan but size is not accurate. The 24 x 24 measured exactly 23 7/8 x 23 7/8.

I am using this not as a cutting board, but as raw polycarbonate stock material to make things out of it. And it is working out fine.

This stuff is great! Nice and clear and perfect thickness for me. Got it to trim and cut to use as an aquarium lid! Used a scroll saw to cut and it worked fine.

Glass shops couldnt make a door glass for my hearse and the original was custom made in 1967. After looking up plexiglass, I discovered the magic that is Lexan. This stuff is TOUGH!!!! Shouldnt break in a wreck, easy to cut and drill without the fear if cracking it like you have with plexiglass. I cut it and then heated it up to get the factory curve in it and it fits good and I drilled the bottom to mount to my window regulator and it even rolls up and down now too! Will buy more for other projects in the future!

Did some searching locally and other vendors wanted 3x the price for the same exact product. It was easy to cut and work with. Much easier to cut and drill than plexiglass. Highly recommend.

Good product and value. I used it to make new windshield for my boat. When heated, it bends into needed shape.
