Used it on rabbit poop and it got it up and didn’t take the paint off. I let it soak a minute and scrubbed off. Then with a clean damp cloth, wiped again. Good product!

I have been using Poop-Off for years for my cockatiels and finches. It works great on their metal cages and our hardwood floors. It really does work way better than soap and water, and saves a ton of elbow grease, even on old poop. I buy the big jugs to refill my spray bottle. I personally like the scent, although my husband doesnt. My finches get very stressed if I have to catch them and remove them from their cage, so I also love that they say you can safely use it around your birds.

Does not magically dissolve on contact. Does not wipe right off of all the ones. You know the ones. Does need back and forth movement of cloth. I wouldn’t call it scrubbing though, Which is what I was looking for in a removal product. So I’m still pleased. If you know a product that is better than this Aka, requires less back and forth movement of cloth, please respond to my review! Disclosure: this was tested on a pretty dirty cage that came to my house from the classifieds. I didn’t presoak it because I wanted to see if the product was magic. I didn’t let the product sit for a while either. In light areas, it wiped right off. Led me to believe that Outcome would be different in normal circumstances.

We have used this stuff for years! Have feathered friends is messy and this stuff does the trick. Just make sure you test objects for colorfastness first. Our green leather couch is a little blotchy looking after 20 years of dabbing with this cleaner.

Ive been using Poop-Off in my indoor aviary for a long time now. By far the most important feature of this product is its non-toxicity for my birds. I feel safe using and spraying this product inside my aviary with the birds inside - although I still try to keep it away from them as much as possible. It is also very effective - IF you let it sit and soak into the bird poop. I let it sit for approximately 10 minutes, and that will destroy even the most stubborn dried bird poop into a wet pile of goo that can be wiped up with ease. I have parrots (the worst poop!!), cockatoos and finches - it works for all. It also seems to be safe for just about any surface - I have used it on unsealed cement, wood floors, vinyl seats, leather sofa, metal, rubber mats, and even clothing. However, if you want a product that works instantly this is not the one for you. It MUST sit for several minutes to be effective.
