The frame came in a nice box. It was carefully wrapped inside. I was able to insert a picture of the pet and re-wrap it. The recipient loved it!

I ordered this frame. When it came the box was crushed and there was a crack in it. I returned and reordered. When the 2nd one came the first line of the saying was faded you couldn’t read it. I returned that one.
