Guess I didn’t read full description when getting this item but this doesn’t have a plug in to your outlet but an USB at the end of cord. So basically you’ll have to make sure you have an adapter of sorts to make work or plug into your computer etc. my plan was to put behind my curtains for some sparkling effects. It comes with different settings. Some faster than others and one that’s a stand still. You’ll have to unroll and bend the wire gently to straighten. I would suggest to hang first prior to unrolling the spools to prevent the lines from tangling. So far I like it but I feel I need something different for a hanging mechanism on back to not show the little hooks. Looks tacky. Three stars on this one.

They provide a cute little glow to the room but less than par. The remote doesn’t work very well. The settings don’t give you too many options. They also don’t seem to stay on the setting you choice. It always defaults to a fast blink, which is an eye sore. They’re just fairy lights. Very thin stands. They do have hooks on each strand For easy hanging. Looks decent but not super bright. Would really recommend unless you want a subtle glow behind sheer curtains

These are the coolest little lights!!!! 8 different modes, 9’ strands, remote actually works, wrapped with care so they’re not a nightmare to untangle and hang. And sooooo pretty!!!!! I put them up with scotch tape because they’re so light! Buying more!!!

The actual lights are nice and bright but I spent over 45 minutes un-tangling each individual strand of lights. I felt like I purchased a puzzle. Even with each strand being bundled, the bundles were even tangled together.. No matter how you looked at it, it was a mess of tiny wires and hooks. Each bundle was wrapped different from the last, some easy to un-tangle and some were very very frustrating as the wires are teeny tiny and once they are crimped, its hard to smooth them out. My remote control does not work so I cannot change the brightness but its fine because the button works fine to change the modes which is all I really care about.

Ok so the first thing you are going to run into is the absolute pain it is to untangle these lights. Took quite a while. So factor in your patience level before purchasing. Once you get past the untangle part, the lights are nice and easily adjustable with the remote.
