I am beyond pleased with this neck fan by UseeShine ! Beautifully manufactured and flawless on arrival this lightweight, rechargeable, neck fan is perfect for me while gardening here in the hot-hot-hot southwestern US. I was truly surprised at how lightweight this neck-fan is, you dont notice it at all and it is very adjustable to fit your neck and how you wish the airflow to operate. It is wonderfully powerful and actually spreads the airflow around your entire neck, face and head area. The fan itself is a really sleek, nice, not a geeky design at all with the mechanicals totally shrouded within the casing so there is no possibility or clothing or hair being caught in its operation. It recharges quickly for me and seems to hold a charge very well. On high it is just a tad noisy but in some ways I find the fan noise comforting. I have tried belt fans, hand held fans, cooling head bands everything to stay cool while gardening but I think I have finally found the secret with this neck fan. I am very, very, very happy with this item---thank you!

I gave this a 3 only because it’s a bit loud. Just a bit. I want to use it on the train, and even the lowest setting is going to be noticeable. The advert says it quiet, but it isn’t. If that doesn’t bother you though, it’s a 5 star rating.

Product arrived in a timely manner & was well packaged with no damage, plus had easy to follow instructions. This is a must-have in the sunny, hot weather! One feature that sets this fan apart is the flexible back on the neck - it makes it very easy to get on and off. Its light weight, quiet sound, and three settings make it pleasant and easy to use. My son enjoys wearing this fan indoors and out, so it gets a lot of use, which is no problem as it is super easy to re-charge!

I got this fan because some of the others I had were ok, but they werent that comfortable with the folding neck part, and some of them were just a little tight fit around my neck. This one is bendy, and will spread a bit to fit more comfortably. It charges in about2 1/2 hours, and will run for four hours on high, or up to 16 hours on low. I usually put it on medium, as it is a bit noisier than some of the others, and It lasted almost nine hours on one full charge. I It has 3 speeds. I love the green color of this one. Very lightweight and comfortable. Excellent value.

It worked only for a week, and then it stopped working…

Easy to charge from laptop. The back of the neck is bendable so can be expanded to fit round neck and it stays in the position you have expanded it to. Its comfortable to wear and most important it is cooling and only has a low hum on the low setting. I dont need the higher settings, first is cooling.

very disappointed 1: it barely blows out any cold air even on the highest setting 2: its very loud even when wearing headphones
