> 24 hourAs my 5th and final child toilet trains, this has been a real boon to have in the mix. We have had earlier versions of this since our 2nd kid was toilet training (nearly a decade ago) and the upgrades from the older version are very nice. We particularly like the collapsible silicone insert & use that in the one that travels with us since our little one still refuses to use it on a toilet (3+ months totally diaper-free) and we havent been dilligent with having the potette-on-toilet used at home to gain comfort with that usage (the unitasker toddler toilet topper with some padding is the option our little one self-selects at home faster than we have been able to intervene, and since that has resulted in less laundry from not getting on the toilet fast enough we havent really been putting enough effort into that since this option gives an out-and-about little freestanding potty option that the little one doesnt complain about). If you plan to put it in a diaper bag, you will need one that is backpack-sized if you are carrying much of anything else in there. We generally just keep it in the bag it comes with hung on a hook from a headrest in the minivan and carry that in wherever we are going or put it in a regular backpack we have with us for other family items (after this many kids, I try but usually fail to keep a change of clothes for everyone in the van in case we unexpectedly wind up messy, so I usually have a clothing change for the youngest in the van even if it was originally intended for an older sibling who has since outgrown it!). This is sturdy enough that older siblings and potentially parents (my knees arent good enough to try) could use this in an emergency if needed on the side of the road. We have used standard grocery plastic bags with a menstrual pad thrown in the bottom a few times on road trips instead of the official bags.

> 24 hourThis is a nice potty for traveling. I feel like the bowl could be a little deeper. The legs lock nicely and I like the bags with absorbency in the bottom. My son is 3 and I feel like the seat could be a little bigger and deeper for him.

> 24 hourI would give ten stars if I could. It’s terrific. Folds totally flat perfect for travel. Or at home. We keep in our powder room for our toddler. I couldn’t be happier. It’s small, lightweight, sturdy, easy to clean and most importantly folds flat for a trip to Disney world! Or to keep in car for trips or even running daily errands. Good bye big scary loud toilet to newly toilet trained Toddlers. Every parent should buy this!

> 24 hourGenius invention. My 2 yo is excited about this potty and it is so easy to take anywhere and set up quicker than a toddler can pee her pants.

> 24 hourJust bought so haven’t used yet but love the concept for trips and to avoid public toilets. My daughter is 4 and 45 pounds but was able to sit on no problem. Look forward to using!

> 24 hourGreat! Just teaching a 27 month old and we were able to go out for the afternoon. She had no issue or hesitation using the portable potty even though she had never seen it before. No accidents thanks to this potty!

> 24 hourI spent way too much time looking at travel potties. Hopefully, this review helps someone spend less time than I did. At home, we use the montikids potty. Its the perfect height for my son and doesnt cause him sensory issues. Unfortunately, its a bit too bulky to use as a travel potty and were on the go a fair amount of the time. I looked at a ton of foldable travel potties before settling on the Potette Plus Portable Potty. The main thing it has going for it is the collapsable, reusable liner. I knew that my son would have a hard time with sitting on a plastic bag needed to cover most other travel potties. The sound of the plastic and the feel of it against his skin would cause him to refuse to use the potty. Also, the noise of pee hitting the plastic would be a problem. The reusable liner takes away all of those issues. The potty itself is super easy to use. The legs fold down easily and the liner pops right in. Once your kid does their business, its simple to dump into a toilet and clean up. There is a little learning curve to refolding the liner, but not too bad. The main thing to be concerned about is the overall size of the potty. My son is 34 tall. He ends up with his knees almost to his chest when he sits down on it. On one hand, a great position for encouraging poop. On the other hand, he needs help getting up off the potty every time. The potty can be used on a regular toilet with the foldable legs at 180 degrees, but then were looking at total leg dangling. Its something to be aware of though.

> 24 hourI appreciate how easy this product is to fold out and fold down. It is great for travel, and as long as the plastic joints dont give out, I trust that it should last for a while. The silicone seat makes elimination in the car super easy.

> 24 hourSo I was looking for a small potty that could fit in my diaper bag. I also found it fits perfectly in a planet wise bag which is nice because after we are out I can sanatize the potty and wash the bag. The potty is fairly easy to set up. I spent so time practicing getting the legs up and down quick because when you are in a public bathroom and your toddler has to go you need to move quickly. It’s not the easiest getting the legs up and down, but after you do it several times it becomes easier. I really like this product with this wet bag because I can hang it on the bathroom stall hook, get my potty out and then I can get extra pants etc and use the wipes if needed. If there is an accident I can just put it in the wet portion of the bag with the potty and clean/ wash bag at home. It’s also nice because if we are at a restaurant and my husband or I need to take our toddler you don’t have to take the entire diaper bag. This really is a must have product.

> 24 hourThis is a genius product. Especially now with a pandemic it’s so nice when your toddler has an “I need to potty” emergency to just be able to pull the car over and set up a potty in the back- no more searching for toilets! I’ve also taken it on boat trips and hiking- very convenient!
