> 24 hourI love these things! Totally worth it if you (and your kiddo) are serious about using the potty in public. In fact, I love putting one of these down on the seat AND THEN putting own our favorite fold up/travel potty seat on top of that. My little one can comfortablly hold onto the sides, drop his hands down, kick his legs around, and basically be a happy little kid while we comfortably endure the indignities of sitting on a nasty public toilet. These are worth every penny when youre in the public potty training stage!

> 24 hourGreat coverage of most of the potty, but the hole is too big. Very tough to avoid either the front or the back of the toilet seat itself being uncovered....thats the most important part. Also, the front slits leave gaps on long seats, and even in regular ones if anyone shifts getting on! Im switching back to Potty Shields brand, which has no gaps! Only bought this (Potty Covers brand) when I couldnt find Potty Shields brand (also sold on Amazon). There is a huge difference. No front slits in Potty Shield.

> 24 hourI have not found one other seat cover that will cover the front AND sides of the toilet as well as these will...period. My daughter ALWAYS grabs under the lip of the toilet seat to hang on as well as gripping the front of the toilet with her legs tucked under her...at home it isnt an issue because I keep her toilet super clean, but in public...YUCK! We all know many adult women hover over the toilet when they use public facilities, often times causing them to sprinkle everywhere, including down the front of the bowl and all over the floor...DOUBLE YUCK!! This is NOT what I want on the back of my baby girls pants and undies. Sure, they are not perfect...they take a while to open in a hurry and for some, I guess they apparently slip a little, but the alternative to NOT using them is some strangers urine on my little girls hands and clothes....a no-brainer for me. I lift my daughter and place her on top of the seat and I dont have problems with slippage. Perhaps a smaller opening or a cut out flap in the seat like the paper covers provided in public restrooms would help, could help keep it from sliding I guess. Until they make a design change though, I would use the paper seat cover provided by most facilities and lay one over the opening of this one...a little more work, but worth the peace of mind these covers provide. As far as difficulty opening them, I open them and refold them at home so when I need it, it isnt such a challenge. I give them 4 stars because of the reasons I provided, but I am here to buy more, so I obviously like them.

> 24 hourI love this product!!! What puts this one on top is the fact that it covers the front of the toilet where my daughter uses her legs to hug the toilet to balance herself on top of large public toilets. (Ever look at all the rundown on the front of a public toilet?! Ew! I cant stand the thought of her legs & underwear touching all that ick!) And, when she grabs the sides to to help steady herself, this cover also covers the sides of the toilet enough that her hands never actually touch the surface of the toilet. This cover could be improved only by adding some sticky tape so that it wouldnt slide off the toilet. So, as I pick my daugher up to set her on the potty, she pulls her legs up in front of her and I just set her down where she needs to be. No problem! One more positive on this item -- they are individually wrapped so the unused ones stay protected in your purse or diaper bag! Love it!

> 24 hourLook no further. If you are (as I am) a germ-o-phobe who cant imagine your precious toddler on a public toilet then heres your salvation. I literally dreaded potty training because I could not imagine how Id handle public toilet stops. After looking at every potty cover that Amazon carries I decided to try this one. The cover does exactly as the picture indicates - it covers the sides where little ones like to hold the seat AND it covers the front of the toilet so their clothes dont rub against the filthy toilet. I ordered 2 packs the first time and Ive already placed my second order for 3 more. The fact that they are individually wrapped makes them especially convenient to drop in your purse or toddler bag. My sitter and I keep them with us at all times.

> 24 hourI tried many others and this one is best for all-around coverage. Like the picture, it does manage to protect from all sides (although probably not quite as long in the front, but, still totally sufficient) and theyve started to provide a little lip on the product so that you can find the edge to open and spread it out. A very minor improvement could be a little adhesive action to position it securely on the toilet seat when youre removing your child. As is, it tends to tag along with your child as you attempt to remove her and not the cover from the seat. With that said, its still the best potty cover around. And, it certainly makes a difference for me that the people who sell this product are parents, themselves, and seem to be constantly researching how to improve the product. They also make an enormous effort in providing extraordinary customer service, always sending a handwritten thank you note on the invoice every time I have placed my order. Well done all-around, PottyCover Co.

> 24 hourWhere to begin? I purchased these for use in disgusting port-a-potties. I am an artist and bought these in anticipation of the facilities at art shows and summer festivals. I studied and compared many such items and chose this because of the width and length. It did indeed cover the slimy side panels of the toilet and draped over the front of the unit so that my panties werent dragging across who knows what biological cultures. I was excited about the possibility of no more hovering in an un-level booth. However, and, there always is an however, when you sit upon this cover, it tends to slide forward in the application in which I used it. Most of the other covers which I compared had anchor tape on them but they didnt feature the long drape over the front. Also, reviewers complained about removing the taped cover due to tearing, etc. So, I went with these because of the dimensions and figured that stability wouldnt be an issue. If any of you out there have used this particular potty cover and have devised a method to secure it, feedback my review. Over all, I would highly recommend this item because of the dimensions and quality of the material. It offers an nice sized shield from the cooties. Just be aware that it may move as you come in for a landing.

> 24 hourThey came in single plastic packaging which is nice to carry around in your pocket. I always got skeeved out when we had to use a public toilet because my daughter touches everything. This covers so much area that no matter what she touches its covered. Sometimes she wont use the public toilet because it looks dirty. I used it for the first time today and was really impressed and she went on the toilet with no issues. I will be getting more.

> 24 hourThese are great!!! I truly never leave home without a supply of these in my purse! I cant stand the thought of my little one or myself sitting on a bare public toilet seat. I am so disgusted by even the thought of it. So I bought these potty covers because I saw that they cover the sides and the front of the toilet, places that are not covered when using regular covers or just toilet paper. With these potty covers, I can have my little one (she is 5 now) sit on the potty and not worry about her hands touching the sides of the potty when she holds on or her clothes or legs touching the front of the toilet because they are covered with this potty cover. Thank goodness!! The reason I rated these a 4 instead of a 5 is simply because I would like to see them be just a little thicker and I would really like to see the manufacturer add a couple sticky spots to them so that they dont slide at all when you go to sit. Other than that, I am very happy with this product!!

> 24 hourThis looked better than others on the market but did not work at all for me. First of all, Im not sure if they changed the design or the picture is of a very small toilet, but it did not provide the coverage I was expecting. It appears to reach the floor (or close to it) in the front, protecting your kids pants from resting against the toilet, but when I used this with my daughter, it only hung about half way down, so her legs were still against the toilet when she used her legs to help brace herself and hold on. The horrible thing about this product is that it slides right off the toilet. I unfolded it, placed it on and before I could get my daughter on the toilet the weight from the front part hanging down pulled the whole thing right off the toilet onto the dirty floor! I had to trow that one away and tried again with another. I managed to get my daughter on the second time around, but when she shifted her weight, the whole thing slid around and she ended up grabbing on the the side of the toilet that became exposed. When she was all done I tried to lift her straight UP and off the potty, so as not to have this slide more. What a nightmare! The whole thing stuck to her, pulled right off the potty and then fell down onto her pants. Completely defeated the purpose of trying to help her and her clothes free of germs from using a public toilet. There are other products that have adhesive strips to keep them in place. I guess Ill have to try those next. These are expensive, a total hassle (too hard and time consuming to unwrap when a child is waiting to go) and simply do not work.
