> 3 dayI often travel with just a backpack because I dont like the pain of pulling a roller bag around and stressing about having enough room on an airplane to stow it. Up to this point Ive never been happy with the options Ive tried, including some expensive ones from eBags. It does come folded in half and really squished so I stuffed it with a couple pillows for a week to get it to form back to its true shape before I used it. Here is what I like about this bag: #1 It is rectangular like a suitcase so you can really fit a lot of stuff into it. #2 the packing cubes are huge and can take up almost the entire clothing compartment, thats actually nice because I always find that the cubes are more trouble than they are worth because they leave wasted space that you try to stuff full with socks and other extra clothes. #3 the zippers work really well and I like that they dont have hard metal pulls on them. I found with other bags that these can get caught up and break off. For travel bags, stiff cloth pulls are the way to go. #4 the cary handles are actually handles and not little straps that you cant use. #5 the water bottle carrier is just big enough to fit a 24oz hydroflask without the rubber thingy on the bottom. And the strap above it is in the perfect place to clip through the handle on the lid (which is important if youve ever had one of these slide out as you are putting a bag into the overhead and almost hurt someone). If you carry a big water bottle like a Nalgene, it will NOT fit in the pocket. #6 the bottom of the back of the bag bulges out slightly to fit into the small of your back so even without a waist strap it puts some of the load on your waist vs your shoulders. For anyone who regularly carries a backpack you know how important this is. Here is what I dont like: #1 The backpack straps are not as comfortable as they could be. I think they anchor too far apart to the bag so it sits further on the outside of your shoulders. With the sternum strap this fixes it a bit but without it you can get sore shoulders fast. Ive used other bags that when loaded up are fine without the sternum strap. That being said I am fairly slender by todays standards at 60 & 170lbs, if you are heavier and have a wider neck/shoulders this may not be as big of a deal for you. #2 The metal name/address tag I really dont care for, Ive had it get caught up trying to get the bag out of the trunk or under a seat and Im about ready to cut it off. It would be so much nicer if it was a stiff fabric with a little fabric tab that stuck out of the bag so you can pull it out and read it. This is not a game changer, you can decide when you get the bag if you like it or not, it will take about 5 seconds to cut it off but it is permanent, there will be no way to reattach it. #3 Im neutral on the charging cord, I dont use it and wish the bag didnt have it but its not in the way of anything so I dont really care. Overall it is my new favorite, if the size is what you need I would totally recommend it.

Greater than one weekThis is the most comprehensive travel backpack Ive ever seen, and Im in love! This backpack (which is an inadequate name for this work of art) is so well thought out and versatile that Im buying a second one as soon as I write this review! This bag arrived in its smallest form, utilizing the clips on the sides to keep it compact (which is perfect for storing between uses). Once unclipped, it expands to be a large bag that can be carried with top handles, side handles, or the stowed away backpack straps. So many ways to use this bag! The pockets are well designed, the main compartment unzips flat like a suitcase, and all of the components are very high quality. Did I mention that it includes coordinating packing cubes? This is a stellar item, and I think its the perfect carry on bag. Highly, highly recommend this!

Greater than one weekWe took three of these on a two-week trip to Alaska. We liked having a lot of zippered sections in which to place travel documents. We liked that it had an interior pocket where we put a small auxiliary battery connected to an exterior jack with which an iPhone could be charged. Our battery did not appear to be strong enough to charge an iPad Pro, but it worked fine for the iPhone. Zippers appeared to be strong and worked well. The adjustable straps allowed it to fit comfortably on many body types. It is well built and therefore is not particularly light, so it can be quite heavy if fully packed. It has the option to expand the main compartment which we did not use. Without expanding the main section, it fit under the airline seat.

> 3 dayThis backpack really meets all the travel needs. You have several attachements that can be very useful while traveling. The outside name tag, a strip that helps mount the bacpack to the suitcase, super spacious, among other things. Has a space for computers or tablets and a huge compartment for clothing which can also be expanded if needed. But overall id highly recommend this backpack for any traveler its sleak and nice looks combined with its space is amazing at this price for the amount of use you can have from it.

Greater than one weekThis travel backpack was much better than I thought it would be. When I take weekend trips, I usually just throw everything in a regular backpack which can be a hassle when trying to get everything to fit and find the things you need later. This bag changes all that and makes it so much more convenient to take short trips. The bag itself feels very well made and durable. The main compartment opens sideways like a suitcase so you can easily access everything and expands if needed. It even has separate, removable bags that can store even more. The other pockets are spacious and have spots to put a laptop and anything else you need. The external charger is a nice addition, as well as the small security pocket against the back of the bag. Overall, I am very impressed with this travel backpack and will only be using this one from now on.

Greater than one weekThis backpack is really well thought out. Not only can you carry your (larger) laptop computer, theres tons of room in the main compartment for several days worth of clothes. Bonus are the 3 cubes (which I have fallen in love with already for my other suitcases) and shoe bag and the external power outlet for your backup battery. I really appreciate that the shoulder straps are stored away when not in use and the backpack folds up so it takes up less space when stored. This is my 3rd backpack carry on and Id say its the best designed so far. Would purchase again.

> 3 dayI’m a big fan of this pack. It’s a go anywhere, do anything sort of bag. The included packing cubes are great for keeping all of my clothes or items separated and theyre also great for keeping my clothes from popping out of the bag as much when i over-fill it. The bag itself is nice and sturdy, it’s made of a solid nylon-ish material that looks like it can take a beating. It has plenty of accessible pockets, a phone charger (you need your own power supply though) and straps on the sides to tighten your load down. The back and shoulder straps are nice and padded with a chest strap that keeps your back from getting fatigued— and it also works as a strap to attach the bag to your rolling suitcase or a rack or something like that. I really dig the front pocket too, as I’m a bookworm and i dig it when companies add a pocket for books and pens— but that’s just me. The bag is perfectly sized for travel, not too small or large, and it’s not super heavy either. It fits like ANY size laptop or tablet and keeps it nice and safe as well.

> 3 dayExcellent travel pack with many pockets and internal space for just about anything. The construction was top notch with reinforced zippers, and adjustable cinch straps with rugged clips and tough but stylish canvas outer covering. The blue denim tone color is really nice. The internal expanding space is large with room for a laptop and also has a direct connection cable from within the pack to a USB connection that is located outside the pack. Great for charging without removing the laptop or connecting to a battery and using that to run a device. It has 2 carrying handles one on top and one on the side and can be strapped on like a backpack. With comfortable padded and webbed straps. Also a outside pocket large enough for carrying a bottle of water. What else you want? Well there is something else...it has a wide stretchable strap on the back to be able to attach to a rolling luggage carrier cart. Appears they havent overlooked anything. There are multiple storage cubes included and a water proof area inside. This travel pack has it all. I have to say, I love thing thing. I dont see how you can go wrong with this.

> 3 dayFirstly, lets talk about the size. This backpack is perfect for carry-on luggage and is approved for flights, making it a fantastic choice for frequent travelers. Its also great for weekend trips or as a daypack while exploring a new city. The four separate packing cubes are a game changer when it comes to organization, making it easy to sort items and keep everything in its place. The luggage tag is a nice touch, allowing you to easily identify your bag on the luggage carousel. The expandable pockets are a huge plus, as they provide plenty of space for extra items such as water bottles, snacks, and even a jacket. The laptop compartment is well-padded and easily accessible, providing peace of mind when traveling with your valuable electronics. One of the things that I love about this backpack is the adjustable chest strap and hideaway shoulder straps. These features make it easy to carry the backpack comfortably, no matter how much weight youre carrying. The two padded handles also provide an additional option for carrying the backpack in a different way. The USB charging port is a real game-changer, as it allows you to charge your phone or other electronic devices on the go. This is a huge convenience, especially when youre on a long flight or bus ride and need to keep your devices charged up. Overall, I highly recommend the Powaiter travel backpack. With its large size, multiple packing cubes, expandable pockets, and convenient USB charging port, its a fantastic choice for any traveler looking to stay organized and comfortable while on the go.
