> 24 hourI bought this because my laptop really does not have enough ports. Cleans up the wires on my desktop and makes it so I only need to plug one usb in when I move my laptop back to my desk! I like the individual switches so I can keep certain devices plugged in but disconnected. Definitely a good product SO FAR- will update if anything changes

> 24 hourA great little product. I love the fact that I can turn on or off individual ports. Has worked perfectly since I got it.

> 24 hourLiked the buttons for each of the 10 ports. Its the only one like it that I found on Amazon. Seems well made. Only three stars because the package was missing the USB cable. I bought another cable rather than go through the returns process.

> 24 hourI think I have purchased (despite the vine voice tag next to my name) 3 different powered USB 3.0 hubs over the last 6 or 7 years. And they all have the same problem, they are inconsistent and often simply refuse to recognize a USB 3.0 device, especially things like cameras, external hard drives, and some flash drives. This ikuai has proven to be totally reliable for me. At first I didnt like the individual pushbuttons that turn on or off each individual port, but Ive since come to appreciate it. I have plugged in external hard drives, probably a dozen different flash drives, multiple WebCams, an Elgato CamLink 4K, and USB 3.0 HDMI converter, and more. Every single thing Ive plugged in has worked as expected. Often with the previous hubs I mentioned, I would have to disconnect the power, disconnect the USB 3.0 cable, and then reconnect everything in reverse order to get things to work again. I literally cant think of a single time over many months of use I have had to do that with this hub. I have this connected to a Gigabyte Aorus Pro AMD Ryzen motherboard (full-size desktop computer), if that is of any use to you as you work to make decisions on which hub you purchase. I also like that the power cable as well as the USB 3.0 cable connect on the same end of the device. It is highly irritating to me that a couple I have purchased have the power and the USB cable extend off two different sides of the device (I mean seriously, sometimes I wonder if hardware designers actually attempt to use the device before they put out on the market?). Outside of the fact that it is a dust and scratch magnet I have no complaints whatsoever about recommending this hub.

> 24 hourI did weeks of research looking for the best powered USB hub for my needs, and ended up landing on this choice. The product performs exceptionally, and powers all of my MIDI controllers with no issue without robbing my computers power supply of much needed wattage.

> 24 hourI bought the 10-port powered USB HUB to use in my flight simulator. Originally, I was powering two 12.6 touchscreen monitors, two radio stacks, autopilot, USB WiFi adapter an iPad Pro and a couple of USB fans. The 12V/3A power supply that comes with the HUB is a bit under-powered. Standard USB 3.0 ports are rated at 4.5 watts. To service all ten ports at 4.5 watts, the included power supply would need to be at least 3.75A. With that said, there is a simple solution. I power my HUBs from my 12V rail of my 1000W computer PSU. I also bought two additional 10-port USB HUBs because I like this model so well.

> 24 hourMy hub arrived today and all of my 6 external hard drives are running fine. I have: 1-500GB, 1-1TB, 1-2TB, 2-4TB, 1-14TB and a mini piano keyboard plugged into it. My mouse however is not working with this hub but Im ok with that. Most importantly all of my hard drives are working fine, which was my main goal. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars, otherwise Im absolutely happy with it. I love the way it looks and works so far. If I encounter changes I will update. It is the 1st day of it after all, but hopefully it continues to work fine for years to come.

> 24 hourUPDATE: After 6 months it no longer works. It has become worthless. No signal(s) reach the laptop or the desktop. What a disappointment. Dont buy this, its a dud. The blue LED lights are great. Not too bright, not too large. Nowhere near as annoying as are the ones on most USB hubs. The ports themselves are good. Not too tight but also not loose. Perfect fit, for USB plugs from various manufacturers. The two rectangular anti-slip nubs on the bottom are good for keeping it in place and not making scratches. when something plugged in is not working the LED will go blinking, not remain a solid color. This is a good alert. The on/off switch per port is a positive, too. Only complaints, minor ones: I wish there were two open slots on the back to hang it. And the cord to the power outlet could (should!) be longer. Despite those minor nitpicks. I give this 5 stars. It works like a charm.
