Premier kites and designs always puts out quality products. The balloon is heavy duty nylon. Stands up to gusty winds, Turns with slightest breeze . A real eye catcher. I have 3 of them. Will probably get another one.

Expensive but worth it. We love it, & the wind truly spins it. We get lots of complimentstuff on it.
