Someone sent an opened package with only two in it. One of the rubber attachments is ripped.

What I wanted

I love my lighter leash as I’d like the extra weight that tells me this is my lighter and the way you Can attach it to something so they can’t walk off with your lighter

Im a fan of the product and cant fault the quality of what I received. However, I ordered two 5-packs of the premium lighter leash (with the carabiner clip) and received both as the original (with the belt clip). I like the product enough I opened one pack to use as-is, and as I write this I havent returned the other.

I like the product but i ordered a 5 pack and only got 3 i think you owe me 2 more or refund part of my money not a happy person right now linda reisdorf

When I ordered these I wanted the ones with the clip these ones slide off easily.
