It’s a soft towel that absorbs well. I used it twice/week for about two months and washed as directed. The hood tore during the most recent wash. I have a new washing machine and it has not destroyed anything else. I expected the towel to be more durable. I will not be buying again. I would not recommend it.

Bought 2 of these when the baby grew out of the smaller hooded towels. These are super soft and dry quickly. Would buy again.

Not impressed with the material. Made a mess when I took it out of the bag, shedding all over the couch. Would not give this as a gift.

I got this towel for my 21-month-old grandson, and his mother loves it! Its big—big enough to wrap a squirming toddler soaking wet from the bath. Its also thick, which so many hooded towels are not. But the best part is that the towel got softer after it was washed and became even more absorbent. Plus, its a really sweet color. Over all, this towel is a win-win with the soft fabric and the extra-large size.
