Quality hooks

I use a lot of quality pegboard in my shop and in my house... you could say that I’m an “enthusiast”; I was looking for something better than the typical consumer grade ~1/8”. So when I would see “works with 1/4” and 1/8”” I automatically knew it was not what I was looking for. While these have some inconsistencies, I do like them much more than the fun-pack assortments you can get. And although inconsistent, it’s nothing I can’t correct by hand. Consiquently, anyone who is disappointed by the quality or consistent-inconsistencies of something that is mass-produced like this needs to rethink their pegboard experience and continue to hang things from framing nails... I mean... it’s a garage, right? A sample of 10 measure .203 +/- .003”D I’m going to plastic dip mine to make them a snugger fit. Plus it looks pretty rad and helps hide defects. Something else you can do to ensure hooks stay put is use mechanics lock wire on the back side; this is typically needed for smaller diameter or single hole mounted hook applications. ; )

Great product, very secure. I have no fear hanging some fairly heavy items on these.

Great size for hanging tools on my pegboard

Very nice, heavy duty metal peg board hooks. Nice and shiny chrome! Unfortunately…there was too much give when attached to my Wall Control metal peg board. These hooks are clearly designed for a thicker peg board material. So the hooks ended up angling downward and my tools would slide off.

Exactly the right length, very sturdy. Great price.

Have a Craftmen workbench with metal pegboard. Had cheap pegs that always fell out whenever I removed what was on it. What a pain! The Presa pegs fit great and don’t fall out, finally something that works!!!
