I only purchased this as a CW beacon but no go. Flakey! Sent back.

What I don’t like about it is I can not get any reception what’s so ever out of it I don’t think it should even be sold from what I have read about the reviews on it is that they are not good at all it’s nothing but a piece of junk that’s my opinion

I have not yet installed this unit, however, it has both the 40-channel SSB CB in it and a HAM radio. This saves me space in my vehicles. Also 40-channel SSB radios are very hard to find (although this company has one for about $50 less if thats all you need).

This is the older Lincoln not the newest with the higher power output. I received my Lincoln and tested it and found all the outputs were low. I contacted the President company support and found that the newest radio, with the higher output is President Lincoln II + . No Plus and no V3 because that is the older model with the lower output. Total scam and false advertising on this radio.

Unit was putting out 1/4 of a watt at full power setting. Junk right out of the box. Sent it back and got another one coming. Fingers crossed. Second and third one junk. Do not buy this radio. Update. Got the second one and SAME PROBLEM!!! Not impressed with president. Customer service is terrible. Gonna try one more time. If the third one is junk, Im done with president. Update, third one came. Worked for a little while then crapped out. These Lincolns are garbage. Im done with president

When I got this radio I wasnt impressed with the power. Dont get me wrong, it does what it says it does, but the modulation and swing was lost getting those numbers, and swing is what I was wanting. I like it over my Stryker 955, Galaxy 959 and my 148. I took it to my local shop and removed the mod limiter and had it tuned to not be a complete splatter box and now I LOVE it. Its almost doing the same as my barefoot Stryker 490 if I run the President with a KL203. There are plenty of YouTube videos on this radio for real feedback.

This radio worked great. It was right on Frequency and has good clean power. Mars mod was easy to do. If you like 10 and 12 meter bands I cannot think of a more reliable radio than this one. Love it.
